Last year my friend and I decided that it would be a kind of funny experience to build-up some meat and began some detailed research of this staff. We looked through dozens of specialized magazines and resources with the purpose of building-up “Schwarzenneger” muscles. And now having achieved great results, we want to share this useful information with all interested. So we should say that there is one indispensable thing to become a real body-builder. It is your fixed diet including the best protein such as casein and whey proteins.
For example what kind of protein to choose for daily consumption between main meals and while sleeping? But you can't substitute casein with whey and vice verse.They are different products helping in muscles build-up and support in a different way. But combining casein and whey in a single protein complex or consuming them separately in a due time we can achieve more effective muscles development and muscles bulk buil-up.
Now we know that body-builders often take meals. Moreover, every body-builder should remember that the main rehabilitation and buil-up of muscles are taking place during our sleeping time. For this processes our organism must get nutrients, especially proteins. If you take whey protein before going to bed, it will assimilate in 30-45 minutes, and then for the next 8 hours your organism will have no proteins. But casein will guarantee a slow slupply of amino acids during almost the whole period of your sleeping, substantially decreasing the catabolism of your muscle bulk.
